Understanding Concerns of Students and Teachers |

| Swashrit team organized a workshop with the NGO students and teachers based on Understanding the basic concerns that an individual usually go through in their daily lifestyle. Students at the NGO and teacherswere motivated to discuss their concerns. Children and teachers were allowed to talk freely and were encouraged to share any difficulty they were facing pertaining to academics, physical health, concentration in studies, family problems or anything else they wanted to share. Children showed very less awareness about the general activities taking place in surroundings and very less awareness about the practicality going in the world. The children and teachers were educated about how to keep themselves clean, eat properly and were also told about the importance of education in our lives. Constructive counseling was provided to the children and teachers, to help them to deal with their problems more effectively. This constructive counselling included the active interventions made by the counselors in each case and the session summary, case progress, interventions made for each child was meticulously recorded. Based on these recordings the counselors chalked out the action that could be taken in the future to check on and facilitate the progress of the children and teachers.
