MISSION |
|
Swashrit Society in liaison with PCRA (Petroleum Conservation Research Association) has pioneered a program on Energy Conservation called “Save Energy for a Secure Future” for women and students to create awareness and educate them on different aspects of Energy Conservation so that they could carry the message to the society. |

PROGRAM OUTLINE |
|
1. A brief theoretical orientation
2. Screening of a short film, followed by a film review and discussion
3. Interactive exercise: Quiz
4. Prize distribution: Certificates for the winners and runners up
5. Beverages and Snacks are provided to the participants at the end of the program |

Youth & Domestic – The project works closely with two significant sectors in the society, namely, students and women. |

OBJECTIVES |
|
1. To create awareness among the target groups about the importance, benefits and methods of conserving energy & clean environment by enhancing information.
2. To formulate strategies and promote measures for increasing conservation of energy leading to environment protection.
3. To develop the target group’s knowledge on various aspects of energy.
4. To develop youth and women as ambassadors of energy conservation. |
