A Good Nutrition and Active Lifestyle Program for Children - has a central objective:
To raise awareness on the importance of balanced nutrition and regular physical activity for a healthy lifestyle among school children.

Get Active an initiative by Swashrit society and supported by PepsiCo India Holdings- is a movement geared towards promoting a healthy and active lifestyle amongst children and adolescents.

Get active is affiliated to Medical professionals at Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre Hospital, New Delhi and Endorsed by Indian Medical Association (IMA)

Get Active was launched by Swashrit society on 11th Jan 2006 in the presence of hon’ble Smt Sheila Dixit Chief Minister of Delhi and strengthened by dedicated Active membership of 200+ Premier Schools in India. Get Active program has tapped more than 2 Lakh children and motivated them towards acquiring good eating habits and become active in life.

Get Active team of Health professionals have created intensive modules embracing habit formation activities with a balance of energy in and out.
