Calligraphy Workshop was organized by Swashrit society on 6th June '16 for the underprivileged children at Bapa Nagar area. This workshop was conducted by Ms. Ashi Katyal.
Calligraphy is a form of visual art and is often referred to as an art of stylish handwriting. It is an art of expressing thoughts with beauty, harmony and peace.
AIM OF THE WORKSHOP
The main aim of the workshop was to enhance creativity in handwriting, improves concentration, develops artistic skills and increases patience in children.
ADVANTAGES OF CALLIGRAPHY WORKSHOP:
- Handwriting becomes more legible.
- Helps to improve the concentration of the children.
- Helps creating various artistic styles for project report, greeting cards etc.
Calligraphy Workshop was successful in enhancing creativity with great enthusiasm in each individual who participated in the workshop.
